It's very easy to do, no matter what your level of computer experience!
You will use a special key on your computer that will say "Print Screen" or "PrtScr Sys Req" or some other version of those words. It is usually found near the top of your keyboard on the far right in a sequence following the F10, F11, and F12 Keys. Although your keyboard may look somewhat different, you can use the pics below to help you locate this key.
To make Print Screen work, you must save an image of what's displayed on-screen to the clipboard and then paste it into a document.
To do this, follow this procedure:
1. Maximize the window you'd like to capture.
2. To copy/capture the current window, hold down ALT + Print Scrn at the same time. To capture the entire screen, just press Print Scrn.
3. Open a new document in MS Paint, MS Photo Editor, or Adobe PhotoShop.
4. Paste the screen shot by holding down CTRL and V at the same time.
5. Save the image you create in a gif or jpg format. This is the image you will add to your request for puzzle help.
