Ok look at column 22 (2,2,2,2,1,1) The blue 2's are separated by a black 2, so that means that you can mark the spaces 2 up and 2 down as not blue(too far to be the same block and not enough space in between to be different blocks). This means the 4 in row 13 does not fit, so you can extend the 3's in columns 23 and 24. (it helps to use x's and o's for these puzzles) 0 (0 Votes)

1. After you have added onto the blues in Columns 23 and 24, you can mark 2 of the squares to the left in Row 16 as not blue (red circle). There is now a blue square next to a square that can not be blue in Column 21, so you can add one blue.

2. In Column 16 you can count out 2 on either side of the blue, those can not be blue (green circles). Counting across Row 13 will give the placement for part of the blue 4.

3. In Column 18 (magenta circle), that circled square is either blue or black and not background. You can mark 4 more squares in that column as not blue.

4. In Column 19 (yellow circle), that square is not blue. That will allow for placement of some of the blue in Row 11.
