Help me for a new operator in Kenken. NLP 12402

Toggle
NLP 12402 (Kenken) has introduced a new operator.
It loos like root-sigma, isn't it?
I expected this operator must be summation then sqaure rooted, but it isn't.
Would you explain me how to calculate with that operator?

My guess is division (why not just use multiplication I have NO idea).

It is division.  If you work around the cells with those signs in it, I ended up with numbers in all the cells that would result from dividing.  The best place to start is the left column and work from there.

Too much of a coincidence for division to work in all four cases -- I suspect something bugged the code for the division sign.
