What type of puzzles do you like?


We have asked this question several times before, but when we did it was always about griddlers. Now, with 14 different type of puzzles, the question is not longer related to griddlers (nonograms) only.

So...

What kind of Griddlers do you like?
Do you like to solve black and white puzzles? Color ones? Small? Big? With/without triangles?
Or do you like to solve puzzles randomly?

How about MultiGriddlers?

Do you have a preferable author?
Do you use the Themes to browse through subjects and select your favorite puzzles?

And what about Triddlers?

Since the NLP (Number Logic Puzzles) were added, have your preferences changed?

Do you do some of them every day/month?
Have you tried them all?
Sudoku, Killer, Greater Than/Less Than, Kakuro, Kenken, Futoshiki, Straights, Skyscraper, Binary.

The last type of puzzle we have added is the Word Search. Have you tried it?
And what about the Word Search with Pictures?

We are curious to know your preferences and for that we opened the What type of Puzzles forum.

Griddlers 100%, b&w and the horrendously difficult 3-colored ones for sure...Still addicted to those emoticon

I was sure everyone would say Multis. Big, black and white multis are my favorite. Elimaor is one of my favorite authors.

I am addicted to all the griddler puzzles, including multi griddlers, most authors are incredible, but elimaor, zjmonty and steveo (specially for his humour) have to be at the top. I do browse themes.Triddlers, I dont really enjoy. I have done some nlp's and do some of the sudokus every monthI have done several word searches, and picture word searches, but a couple of the pictures I found a bit hard to identify.

CATS in any of the puzzles

and triddlers occasionally, when the pictures look really nice like

sudoku and others in between the above emoticon)

from all the puzzles i prefer triddlers.
on triddlers, i prefer b&w triddlers.
my preferable authors are galocha2003, zjmonty, fineke, koko, jadespade, etc. sometimes i like a puzzle but do not even notice the author. the authors refered have a lot of puzzles so it is easier to remember.

Big Griddlers, both single and multi in black and white or 3 colors. Don't like confetti in frames and puzzles with many triangels, they makes me squint-eyed and i lost focus in solving.
My favorit author is Andreasss, he makes beatiful pictures, but RTM and Strunka have made some similar that i also like.
Tried triddlers in the beginning but not anymore because it is difficult to get an overview of big ones.
Do NLP's on paper.

I have been working through a theme of Triddlers... I am just over half way through the 198 puzzles there. I love the Multi-Griddlers also. I prefer the larger puzzles, as I like to spend my evening and lunch hours on here to clear my mind while exercising it. I love number logic puzzles, but prefer them on paper. I will have to check out the new number logic puzzles though. I may find my new addiction there. emoticon
