also, not all hermaphroditic animals can impregnate themselves, though if I'm wrong about seahorses, then I don't know whether they can or not.

Perfect puzzle, but the picture is a little misleading... As we know the seahorse is a hermaphrodite. That means, there is no need of them to be in two :-)
