Good one. Definitely not solvable in less than around half an hour when using pure logic and not relying on the author's puzzle style.

By correctly done logic you cannot solve this one in 10 minutes. But by including the 'logic' of Galocha's style you can do it in 7. With Galocha you can assume, that line's don't start in midair e.g. there are no gaps in the contoures.
