I kept having problems with the other puzzle. I must have been counting wrong, but the same problems cropped up each time. At least I was able to solve this one, AND learn about a new cultural "icon." *grin*

Remove the hat, and colour him brown, and he could almost pass as the little chicken hawk that kept bugging Foghorn Leghorn in the Buggs Bunny cartoons.
