Color calibration test screen

Today I found myself in the uncomfortable position of solving a griddler with two similar, but distinct colors. This time, they were blues: (0,0,255) and (51,51,255). How frustrating...

For those of us that are calibrationally impaired, how about providing a page that shows a series of colored sections that are distinct enough to not be considered duplicate colors, but close enough to be a problem for most people's monitors. Kinda like a gradient, without the smoothness.

On this screen, there might be a bar of blues, reds, greens, blacks, and every other color that might be useful. There could optionally be some kind of visual cue above or below the color bar to show where the color changes. Users can use this screen to calibrate their monitor's settings so that the different colors are easily distinguishable. This way, when they are solving a puzzle, they don't have to be uncomfortable.

This kind of page would be great in the "First Time Here" section.

You can doubleclick on a clue to change its colour.
