I've done a LOT of Multis in my time and this is certainly the most difficult and most satisfying ever. Just look for the logical clues and don't make a mistake or you're lost forever.
I don't know why some comments are complaining about the triangles ... without them some squares would simply be impossible.

Finally done! Just a note, since no one else mentioned it. In 12441, there is also a single triangle that's different, but it's the corner of a single side instead of 2 sides.

At last, finally finished this after six months and nine days. Very angry and unhappy instinct along with it. Just took me 31 hrs and 12 mins. The sole problem is that overwhelming many broken lines and flawed and loosed connection lines, both large and small, which generally caused me to skip the solving routine period at various interval times. Quite average picturesque style but not enough time-paced playing as there's thousands of evil weevils and ridiculously one-dots 'lices' swarmed all over the area which made us annoyed, especially mainly at the very remote area which is very very difficult to search for the targeted empty spaces. 35 x 35 panel picture would helps but this doesn't. ID #12445 panel is the main problem thing which, generally speaking, took me just 3 hours to complete it, with a big single misleaded triangle is found and it greatly show there. Extremely very disappointed. My verdict :- 0% for this.

This is really tough. 12444 was just a lot of trial and error with Xs and Os. Twelve panels solved so far.

Actually, 2 triangles are not corners (one each in 12442 and 12445). What's the point of having triangles, anyway? You can't see them.
