luweewu | Nice one. |
bejjinks | You are correct. Although they had containers to hold tea, modern teapots look different from ancient tea containers. Either coffee or tea, when I look for Sagittarius, I always look for the giant kettle in the southern sky. |
mathlogiclady | I guess that would be a coffeepot or teapot. It must be a coffee pot since they did have tea (although not the kind we have) in ancient Greece. |
bejjinks | Trace the green lines to find something pleasant to drink. |
mathlogiclady | All I can think of is a Space Shuttle. |
bejjinks | I'll give a clue. It's called the archer because that's what the ancient Greeks thought when they saw the arrangement of stars. So I used the grey color to draw the archer and the silver color to draw his bow and arrow. But truthfully, when I look at this arrangement of stars in the night sky, I don't think archer. I think of something more modern that the ancient Greeks would not have been familiar with. |
mathlogiclady | Three more guesses: Pyramid? Mountain reflected in a lake? Empire State Building? |
bejjinks | No, there is no baseball player. Guess again. |
mathlogiclady | Nice puzzle. Hidden picture? Are you talking about the baseball player? |
bejjinks | Anyone see the hidden picture? |
