actually the blue dust is not that bad as the comments below may imply. For me it looks like the eagle is just above water ready to catch a fish, and the blue spots is water from the ocean! emoticon

I would have given this puzzle a 100%, except that I agree that the blue confetti was unneccesary and frustrating. The rest of the puzzle was a joy to work.
